In Militia Immaculatae Library we propose two excellent books by Fr. Emil Neubert “Life of Union with Mary“ and “My ideal, Jesus, Son of Mary”. We put these books in format *.epub and *.mobi.
St. Maximilian Kolbe and Ven. Frank Duff, Founder of the Legion of Mary, were so impressed with Fr. Neubert’s works that they both struck up friendships with him, and worked tirelessly to promote the sale of his books.
Book “Life of Union with Mary”
In foreword of book “Life of Union with Mary” Fr. Emil Neubert wrote: “In several of my books I had occasion to touch upon life of union with Mary. Here I wish to present it as completely and practically as possible. The book will treat of an ordinary and of a mystical union with Mary. The latter term may frighten some readers, suggesting all kinds of strange phenomena found in the lives of the saints, such as revelations, visions, apparitions, ecstasies, and raptures. “That’s not for me,” they will say. They are right in thinking that such unusual things will probably never occur in their own lives. But that is not what we have in mind in speaking of mystical union with Mary. There is question here of an interior action of the Blessed Virgin, beyond complete human comprehension, which permits the person to act like anyone else except that his union with Mary is much more intimate, more loving, and more fruitful. This will be explained in the second part of the book. Even persons who will never arrive at such a more intimate union will profit by reading the section which treats of it, because it will make them understand more clearly the suggestions and practices connected with ordinary union with Mary.”

Book “My ideal, Jesus, Son of Mary”
The Christian who aims at perfection endeavors to imitate Jesus Christ as completely as possible. Among all the traits of the Divine Model one of the most beautiful to imitate is His filial piety to Mary our Mother — His Mother and ours.
My Ideal has been found to be an efficient aid in this Marian program of life. It leads to a firm, manly, intimate devotion of consecration to the Blessed Mother.
