YEAR 2022

NOVEMBER 2022

On November 2, 2022, Father Stehlin, International Director of the M.I. went to the Asian continent to visit the many Knights of the Immaculate and to preach some recollections to rekindle the flame of love for the Immaculate. For more information…

JULY 2022

Dear Knights,
July is the month of the Most Precious Blood of Our Lord Jesus Christ, but also of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel. These two feasts are closely connected. The Precious Blood was shed for our salvation and is distributed to us daily in the Sacraments. But at Fatima, on Oct 13, 1917 Our Lady appeared in the Rosary. First, She appeared holding the baby Jesus, then as Our Lady of Sorrows, and finally as Our Lady of Mt Carmel, holding the Scapular. Thus, She shows that as Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, She represents the glorious Mysteries of the Rosary.
But what is She doing now as She reigns gloriously in heaven with Christ? By Her prayer, She is interceding for us who are in a spiritual war on earth. Her Scapular is the most important sign of our consecration to Her and of Her prayer for us. This means that Her intercession makes the merits of the Blood of Christ – the Blood that Jesus took from Her body – convert, protect and uplift souls. Let us remember that hell cannot overcome Mary’s prayer and Christ’s Blood. Let us, therefore, remind all around us to wear Mary’s Scapular, the garment washed in the Blood of Christ, and remind them to say 3 Hail Marys every night and every morning.

62 RENEWED THEIR CONSECRATION

OCTOBER 13TH, 2018: CONSECRATE YOURSELF TO MAKE REPARATION Philippines20182.jpg

The MI catechetical team based in Domus Mariæ in Davao, labored throughout the months of August and September to prepare ceremonies of renewal of Consecration to the Immaculate by MI members in the Davao area for the Feast of October 13th. MI and Legion of Mary catechists in General Santos and Cagayan de Oro engaged also in this apostolate of preparation for the 13th in the last weeks of September and the first weeks of October. The first objective was to gather the knights of three main cities DAVAO-GENSAN-CAGAYAN DE ORO, in three simultaneous processions of REPARATION following the pattern requested by Our Lady at Fatima. The second objective was to encourage Knights in more remote areas to organize their own ceremony of reparation and renewal of consecration in the absence of the priest, since very frequently, Traditional Priests are overburdened and unable to assist so many Apostolates in so many sectors. On the other hand, for those recently formed Knights who live in the Novus Ordo environment, it is important to recall the warning of Sr. Lucia of Fatima to Fr. Fuentes: “We should not wait for an appeal to the world to come from Rome on the part of the Holy Father, to do penance. Nor should we wait for the call to penance to come from our bishops in our diocese, nor from the religious congregations. No! Our Lord has already very often used these means and the world has not paid attention. That is why now, it is necessary for each one of us to begin to reform himself spiritually. Each person must not only save his own soul but also all the souls that God has placed on our path.” December 26, 1957.
One such Knight, Marie Fang, a young woman from Surigao, with the assistance of several other local Knights, zealously prepared the renewal Ceremony there. After gathering City permissions, Police permits, and even approval from the Diocese, Marie with her fellow Knights labored to pull together about 150 Knights and 150 other souls for this renewal. And the procession of 30 minutes in reparation for sins committed against the Immaculate Heart starts with an average of 20 people. It is followed by the simple renewal of consecration of very few knights presented and ended by the distribution of the renewal gift in an elegant pocket. The newcomers will receive also some flyers, but they cannot join yet the Militia Immaculatæ while there is no priest.
In the same manner, local Knights in the small mountain village of Sobsob, located in Northern Mindanao organized a renewal ceremony. The presence of 7 knights on the day of reparation, October 13th but on the following Sunday the 87 gifts for the renewal were distributed, hopefully to the other knights by the parish priest
MI Knights and Catechists will often experience first-hand that hard work does not always seem to yield desired fruits. On the renewal ceremony of Friday night, October 12th, prepared especially for Government employees, not a single MI from the Governmental offices participated – and the renewal ceremony took place about 100 meters from the doorway of the Municipal Hall! Nevertheless, some 80 bystanders attended Mass and some 26 remained for the MI conference and ceremony that took place after the Mass. The waves of coldness and superficiality that have relegated the apostolic appeal of Fatima to the Church to feeble sentimental devotion are quick to attack new Knights recruited from the world’s ranks. The ice of the materialistic and superficial Occident reached the innocent heart of the Philippines and the Freemasonic plan to spread the new religion of human rights everywhere is a reality not easy to overturn. In fact, even though some Governmental employees have become Knights of the Immaculata, in the realm of their public responsibilities, they promote the agenda of the LGBT community. Consider the striking contrast: 80% Hindu India, only 1% Catholic, forbids the LGBT agenda in their country, while 80% Catholic Philippines grants their every wish. “O Mary most merciful, we thank Thee for the hard work that the catechists performed for this event, and we offer it to repair our sins and console Thy Immaculate Heart.”
On October 13th, in Davao, two simultaneous processions of Reparation started out at 6:00 AM from points 8 – 9 KM North and South, for the Holy Mass and ceremony of Renewal to take place in the public plaza beside the City Hall and in front of the Cathedral. Knights from 29 Barangays or Municipalities were represented, many carrying their banners during the Procession following a statue of Our Lady of Fatima.
At the Mass itself, 15 banners of the Holy Rosary framed the Altar to inculcate the essential tool of reparation and apostolate – the Holy Rosary. The Mass, attended by some 500 people, was followed by a short brunch. Then the people were divided into four groups, with Fr. Tim giving a conference to the veteran MI, while catechists paired off to work with those who wished to become MI and the children, who were divided into MI children and new children.
The Renewal ceremony witnessed 91 Knights renew their engagement and 77 souls enroll themselves in the Militia Immaculatæ. Immediately after the ceremony, MI books and literature were on display.
In Camotes, Fr. Salvador led a ceremony of Renewal, leading 127 people on a procession of reparation. Then, 6 MIs renewed their boundless consecration to the Immaculatæ Heart while 48 newcomers joined the army of the Immaculata.
In Cagayan de Oro, MI and Legion of Mary catechists worked for 3 days in the City Hall where in the same 3 days, some 112 souls became Knights of the Immaculata through Reverend Father Hora. Then, on October 13th the renewal ceremony around 130 Knights of the Immaculata renewed their consecration to Mary.
In Gensan, the attendance of the Mass celebrated by Reverend Father Cornelius in the Park was 192 people over the 372 invitations. For the procession, 192 people including the presence of 128 elder knights. After the catechism 14 people became knights of the Immaculata while 86 renewed their consecration.
By the grace of God and the powerful mediation of Our Queen the Blessed Virgin Mary, 313 knights had renewed their total and unconditional service and consecration to Mary while 251 souls entered in the knighthood of Mary.

BUTUAN RENEWAL EVENT
The renewal of the Consecration in the spirit of Saint Maximilian Maria Kolbe and Saint Louis Marie de Montfort is the most important part of the union life with Mary. Whoever gives oneself to Mary should renew one’s offering daily so that step by step the reality of Her queenship and motherhood will be living presence in the soul. For that purpose, in July 13, three teams of 2 catechists or 2 knights walked in the different barangays of the city of Butuan from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM. It means during 4 days or 48 hours nonstop invitation, follow up and prayers and sacrifices for the Queen. Spending the times in advice and consolation and encouragements to join and participate to the annual renewal of their personal consecration and the consecration of their own city. 17 barangays were visited for a total of 954 personal invitations including the invitation in the city Hall. There, 10 minutes of explanation on the purpose of the renewal, the importance of their personal renewal of consecration and the great charity of Mary in helping and guiding their society to increase.
On July 13th in the City Hall of Butuan, a first Mary’s Mission Renewal is going on. 180 people will be present including 71 knights of the Immaculata. A system of recognition is set-up to find who is an elder Knights and who is simply a newcomer. The elder Knights will receive a laminated MI prayer card with 5 Miraculous Medal to be given to the non-Catholics, a pocket with different flyers and a rosary. They will kneel down one by one in front of their Queen and renew the gift of themselves with fervor. For 29 newcomers, it will be the opportunity to join the army of Our Lady and to become Knight.
After the ceremony, Mary’s Mission will make a procession around the Provincial Capitol but the devils will capture in their snares all the elder Knights minus one secretary who will be alone from the Capitol to renew her personal consecration. The province itself will not renew is consecration because of the defection of the governor and other officers. However, some of the knights invited during one week will response to the Queen and join the procession and more for the renewal: they will be 30 knights for the procession but 130 for the conference, and 93 knights will renew their oblation while 28 will become Knights.

It began with Catechists making several preparatory visits and then spending two days in painstaking office to office visits giving short catechism talks (in the midst of the usual office work) to disposed or at least passively listening workers. Then preparations were made, and the official agenda scheduled a spot for the renewal of the city consecration that had been made in November of 2016 during the first Mary’s Mission Tour. Then, on the day appointed, after City business had been conducted, he city of Davao renewed its consecration to Mary by the very active and earnest participation of the acting Vice-Mayor, who was standing in for the actual vice- Mayor (who had permitted and facilitated the whole thing but was absent – perhaps because he is protestant). In the event itself 9 Councilors assisted as 2 of them carried the statue inside of their session hall and knelt down before the statue. The acting Vice-Mayor (who was actually acting in place of the Vice Mayor) consecrated the City with the 9 Councilors repeating the act of consecration word for word. as all were invited to stay after for the MI short talk and ceremony, 2 of them did stay behind and became MIs.
