Today, at 4 pm, from Koronadal City in Mindanao, will start Mary’s Mission Tour. It is pilgrimage across the Philippines — a 2000 km (1,200 mile) walk with the pilgrim statue of Our Lady of Fatima in which Pilgrim Virgin Walkers strive to spread devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary throughout the world! Pilgrims may join a different route sections. Pilgrimage will finish July 31, 2017.
Life is a pilgrimage, a journey towards our heavenly home. But, we don’t have to walk life all alone. God is with us. What’s more, He gave His own Mother to be our mother also. Nothing then is surer, safer and securer than to walk under the loving and maternal gaze of Mary! So, we welcome all our visitors to our website, created to coverage the longest, and perhaps the toughest, pilgrimage of the Society of St. Pius X — Mary’s Mission Tour.
On Friday, 28 October 2016, we will start this pilgrimage from Koronadal City, South Cotabato to bring Our Lady’s Pilgrim Statue to all the SSPX Mass Centers in the Philippines. Therefore, we invite all our faithful and friends to come and walk with Mary. Let each one of us, according to our availability spend — a few days, weeks, or even months, reflecting and applying Our Lady’s urgent message of prayer and self-sacrifice.
However, it’s not only for ourselves that we make this journey. Mary was the first and the greatest missionary. She once brought Our Lord to sanctify St. John the Baptist. Then, she took Him to Egypt and back to Nazareth. Throughout His public ministry, she followed Him, and ‘kept His words in her heart.’ So, by surrendering ourselves to her during this pilgrimage, we hope that she would use us as her instruments to establish in the Philippines, and by this example throughout the whole world, the devotion to her Immaculate Heart.
